This policy explains what information HomeFind Picks ("we") collects when you visit homefindpicks.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Usage data: pages you visit, the time of your visit, your browser type, device type, approximate location (country and city derived from your IP address) and the website or ad that referred you.
- Ad and campaign identifiers: when you arrive from an ad, identifiers such as the ad click ID (for example
fbclid,gclidormsclkid) and campaign parameters. - Information you send us: if you email us, your email address and the content of your message.
We do not ask for or store payment information. Purchases happen on the seller's website under their own privacy policy.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use first-party cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and to understand which pages and ads are useful. These include:
- Our own analytics cookie (
_mtid), which assigns a random visit identifier. - The Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.), which help us measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show relevant ads. The Meta Pixel may set cookies such as
_fbpand_fbc. Our server may send Meta event information about visits and purchases made through our links, together with technical data such as IP address and browser type, so Meta can match the event to an ad.
You can control cookies in your browser settings and delete them at any time. You can manage how Meta uses data for ads in your Facebook ad preferences. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from reading our site.
How we use information
- To operate and improve the website.
- To measure which content and ads work, including whether a visit led to a purchase on a partner site.
- To reply to your messages.
Sharing
We share limited data with service providers that help us run the site and measure ads (for example, hosting and security providers, and Meta for ad measurement). When you click an affiliate link, the partner site receives an identifier so it can tell us that a sale happened. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
Visit and conversion data is kept for as long as it is useful for measuring and improving our content and ads, and then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights

Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
